At Sienna Senior Living, we're committed to delivering exceptional care to our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a critical role in our communities, impacting the lives of those we serve. Your typical day will be filled with opportunities to make a difference, including:

* Providing nursing care in accordance with established policies, physician's orders, and resident plans of care.
* Ensuring timely and accessible admissions, comprehensive orientations, and safe resident transfers and discharges.
* Maintaining accurate records, adhering to protocols, and ensuring the safekeeping of medications and narcotics.
* Collaborating with the interprofessional team to deliver effective clinical care.
* Participating in in-services and education to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent.
* Current registration with the BC College of Nursing Professionals.
* Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
* A minimum of two years related clinical experience, preferably in rehabilitation or long-term care nursing.
* Knowledge of geriatric, rehabilitation, or long-term care nursing, including activation, activity programs, and nursing administration.
