Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at Realstar Management. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential rental buildings. This includes effective maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the properties, as well as supervising and training maintenance staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance
- Supervise and train maintenance staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements:
- Background in residential property management or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of maintenance software
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
