We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team at Equator Studios. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through innovative sales strategies and relationship-building activities.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage the sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to close deals.
- Perform cold outreach and relationship-building activities to establish strong connections with potential clients.
- Liaise with the CEO during contract negotiations and maintain customer accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Proactively source solutions and update the team with user data and insights to inform business decisions.
- Report any incoming user friction points or bugs to the technical team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Basic understanding of data analytics and how to use it to drive business decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Creative problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Specific knowledge of the civil engineering industry and/or GIS and LiDAR mapping is a plus.
- Flexible work arrangement, with (dog-friendly) office space available.
