Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement long-term strategies to drive business growth and competitiveness.
- Lead annual business planning and strategic project development.
- Identify business opportunities and assess market trends.
- Develop and present strategic plans to senior management.
- Lead a team of 4 and participate in cross-functional leadership teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 10-12 years of experience in strategic planning, business consulting, and FMCG/retail organizations.
- Fluency in English and French is an asset.
