We are seeking a Strategic Business Planner to develop and implement long-term strategies, drive annual business planning, and lead game-changing strategic projects to ensure sustained growth and competitive advantage for our Canada Business Unit (BU). You will lead a team of 4 and participate in the cross-functional Canada Leadership Team.

This role is a Contract Position

Career Framework: Director CF-C

Duration of Contract: 13 - 16 months (starting in November)

Capacity Required: 100%

Location: This position will be based in Canada

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement long-term strategies to drive business growth and competitiveness.
  2. Lead annual business planning and strategic project development.
  3. Identify business opportunities and assess market trends.
  4. Develop and present strategic plans to senior management.
  5. Lead a team of 4 and participate in cross-functional leadership teams.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  2. 10-12 years of experience in strategic planning, business consulting, and FMCG/retail organizations.
  3. Fluency in English and French is an asset.
