Job Title: Home Health Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Care Worker to join our team at ALA Family.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their dignity and comfort at all times.
  • Launder clothing and household linens, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Mend clothing and linens as needed, demonstrating attention to detail.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, keeping the home tidy and organized.
  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in activities that promote their well-being.
  • Shop for food and household supplies, ensuring that clients have access to the essentials.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs and perform light housekeeping duties.
