Canadore College's Centre of Academic Excellence and Lifelong Learning seeks a skilled Education Quality Assurance Director to oversee the college's quality assurance processes. The successful candidate will work closely with the Manager, Academic Quality, to ensure compliance with provincial post-secondary regulatory frameworks and maintain the highest standards of academic quality.
This role requires a deep understanding of academic quality assurance principles and practices, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. You will lead cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes, ensuring the college meets its obligations to students, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in higher education quality improvement, with experience in developing and implementing quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures. They will also possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Master's degree in Higher Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
- Minimum of seven (7) years of related work experience
- Proven track record of leading quality improvement initiatives in higher education
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
