We are seeking a skilled HR leader to join our team as a Director, HR Business Partner. In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor and advocate for client segments, ensuring that our HR policies, programs, and services directly contribute to client segment strategic deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, build, and execution of client segment people strategies that drive business performance.
  • Take a hands-on approach working within the business alongside business leaders and staff on a wide range of HR best practices, programs, and activities.
  • Foster relationships with staff throughout the division and support day-to-day HR-related activities within the division.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience with strong experience as an HR Business Partner to multiple lines of business.
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Proven ability to succeed in an innovative, service-oriented environment with multiple office locations.
