Senior Community-Based Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a Senior Community-Based Occupational Therapist to join our team at FunctionAbility Rehabilitation Services. As a leader in multidisciplinary rehabilitation services, we provide expert assessment and treatment services across the province to individuals with traumatic and acquired neurological injuries and severe orthopedic injuries.
The ideal candidate will have a University Degree in Occupational Therapy, a valid Driver's License, and access to a vehicle. They will be responsible for assessing and treating individuals suffering from various neurological, orthopedic disorders, mental health issues, and injuries. The therapist will work collaboratively with clients, community partners, and rehab professionals to facilitate client goals and independence.
In this role, you will create and implement individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning. You will also maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training sessions and establishing personal networks.
We offer an attractive compensation package, estimated to be around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes:
