Executive Vice President of Sales and Advertising

We are seeking an experienced Executive Vice President of Sales and Advertising to join our team at Woodhouse Realty Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, authorizing department establishment, and coordinating work across regions and departments. Key responsibilities include establishing organizational objectives, formulating policies, and representing the company in official functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized, and have a team player mentality. Additionally, the candidate will provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers, and refugees. The Executive Vice President will also support diversity and cross-cultural training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
