Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Executive Vice President of Sales and Advertising to lead our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and sales promotions
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth and loyalty
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth
