Director, Case Manager

At FTI Consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Case Manager to join our Technology practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple aspects of specific client matters, including project planning, team management, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive project planning and driving, including agenda setting and timelines, leading internal and external discussions, task management, and monitoring deadlines.
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for client/counsel, including management of expectations and development of processes to successfully meet client end goals.
  • Ensuring a quality product and delivery of all work via QC checklists within established timeframes.
  • Managing project staffing and resource allocation.
  • Managing expenditures with budget estimates; maintaining communication with client and project team regarding project scope and modifications.
  • Identifying risk and working with team to implement processes to mitigate.
  • Maintaining a professional image within the firm and projecting same to those outside the firm.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience utilizing eDiscovery technology (Relativity, Nuix Discover, and/or Reveal).
  • Strong proficiency with Windows and related software, such as Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Access and SharePoint is a plus.
  • Modest knowledge of technology, computers, and computer networking.
