About the Role:

CancerCare Manitoba is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our Nutrition Services team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary healthcare team, you will provide medical nutrition therapy to patients and families, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver educational programs to patients, families, and staff
  • Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives
  • Mentor dietetic interns and provide guidance to junior staff members
  • Act as a resource to CancerCare Manitoba programs and committees

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Nutritional Sciences
  • Completion of an accredited dietetic internship program
  • Member of the College of Dietitians of Manitoba or other provincial RD college/regulatory body
  • Minimum 1 year experience in clinical dietetics
  • Demonstrated commitment to interdisciplinary model of care
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience with public speaking
  • Proficiency with MS Office; Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Member of Dietitians of Canada
  • Member of Dietitians of Canada Oncology Network
  • Ability to speak French
