Job Summary

CancerCare Manitoba is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our Nutrition Services team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary healthcare team, you will provide outpatient medical nutrition therapy using a person-centred model of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a resource to CancerCare Manitoba programs and committees, including the Community Oncology Program
  • Develop and deliver educational programs to patients, families, and staff
  • Participate in research and mentor dietetic interns
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Nutritional Sciences
  • Completion of an accredited dietetic internship program
  • Member of the College of Dietitians of Manitoba or other provincial RD college/regulatory body
  • Minimum 1 year experience in clinical dietetics
  • Demonstrated commitment to interdisciplinary model of care
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Member of Dietitians of Canada
  • Member of Dietitians of Canada Oncology Network
  • Ability to speak French
