- Collaborate with medical staff, clinicians, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement;">
- Design and implement process improvements, leveraging Lean and Six Sigma methodologies;">
- Foster a culture of quality improvement within the organization, promoting a proactive and solutions-focused approach;">
- Analyze data to inform quality improvement initiatives and measure their impact;">
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including medical staff, patients, and families;">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- A Master's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field;">
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in quality improvement leadership or a related field;">
- Proven expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies;">
