Salary


The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.


Job Description


This exciting opportunity exists within our team of financial professionals who work closely with corporate clients to prepare their financial statements (compilations) and tax returns. The ideal candidate will possess excellent bookkeeping skills, payroll preparation expertise, and the ability to work accurately under deadlines.


Required Skills and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A degree in Accounting or Bookkeeping from a recognized college or university;
  • Bilingual proficiency;
  • Experience working with small to mid-size businesses or professional firms would be an asset;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Simply Accounting and QuickBooks;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines;
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
