About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Moody Glazing Ltd. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Budgeting

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that all costs are accurately estimated and controlled.

Team Management

Lead and manage a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Quality Control and Risk Management

Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Communication and Stakeholder Management

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure that project requirements are met and expectations are managed.

Requirements
  • Education

A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or a related discipline.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior construction project management role, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Language

Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
