Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Moody Glazing. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and expenses are minimized.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of construction staff, including engineers, architects, and contractors.
  • Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with construction projects.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in construction project management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.

  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
