Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Moody Glazing Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage construction project budgets, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Plan and coordinate construction schedules, milestones, and progress, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Implement quality control programs to ensure high-quality construction outcomes.
  • Develop and manage risk management plans to mitigate potential project risks.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective project management.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5 years or more of experience in construction project management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:
  • Permanent position.
  • 35 hours per week.
  • English language required.
