Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Human Resources Leader to join our team at SMQ Innovative Technology Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our human resources function and driving business success through strategic talent management and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, providing them with the necessary authority and resources to excel in their roles.
  • HR Policy and Procedure: Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and best practices.
  • Performance Management: Supervise staff or teams, plan and manage budgets, and coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs.
  • HR Planning and Development: Develop and implement human resource plans, focusing on talent development, succession planning, and organizational design.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements, promoting effective communication and collaboration throughout the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 5 years or more in a human resources leadership role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
