Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Specialist to join our team at Paul Davis. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for performing high-level carpentry repairs, including drywall, plaster, texture, and paint repairs. You will also be involved in framing, cabinetry, roof construction, decks, and fences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-level carpentry repairs, including drywall, plaster, texture, and paint repairs
  • Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary
  • Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as emergencies occur
  • Assist other team members as opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, One Drive)
  • Excellent Communication skills with a positive attitude
  • Ability to be assertive, empathetic, inspiring, and engaging to others
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to pass and maintain a satisfactory background check
  • Ability to operate a vehicle safely
  • Stress Management and Composure

  • Maintain a level of confidentiality
  • Ability to work on rotation with an on-call schedule for emergencies
  • Ability to lift 50lbs frequently
Work Environment

The employee will be constantly working outdoors and be exposed to outdoor weather conditions. The employee will occasionally be working indoors in the office. The employee will be exposed to air conditioning and heat. The employees will be exposed to normal noises throughout the office.
