Food Service Team Lead

Lomanton Food Service Ltd. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that work schedules are met and that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met and that they leave our establishment satisfied.
- Work Schedules: Establish work schedules to ensure that our team is adequately staffed to meet the demands of our customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
