About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SJK Food Ltd. as a Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Work Schedules

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for establishing and implementing work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and the business.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

The successful candidate will supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.

Train and Develop Staff

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for training and developing our food service staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.

Maintain Records and Reports

The successful candidate will maintain accurate records and reports of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that the business is operating efficiently and effectively.

Address Customer Complaints

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements
  • Education

The successful candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

The Food Service Supervisor will have at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service role.

Language

The successful candidate will be fluent in English.

Work Environment

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
