About the Role

As a Clinical Records Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and processing health information requests while ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and security of patient records. This involves gathering, retrieving, collating, coding, designing, analyzing, interpreting clinical and demographic data, and performing statistical reporting and regular data quality reviews.

You will work closely with stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a high standard of quality. Your expertise in navigating electronic sources, computer applications, and Microsoft Office will enable you to efficiently manage your workload and meet deadlines.

Requirements

A successful candidate will have a diploma from an accredited HIMP program, CHIMA registration, and experience in a similar role. You should also possess strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
