Are you a safety professional looking to take your career to the next level? We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Contract Compliance Officer to join our team at TRITAN Group Recruitment.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring compliance with safety protocols on construction sites. This will involve regular site visits to ensure that all safety regulations are being followed. You will also maintain and manage safety documentation, including records of site inspections and any incidents or near-misses.

We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills who can effectively liaise between site superintendents and the office. Your strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols will enable you to identify areas for improvement and help streamline safety processes.

Additionally, you will support safety training initiatives and reinforce our company-wide safety culture. Travel to various job sites in Edmonton and rural Alberta may be required.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a safety role with a general contractor;
  • Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices;
  • Ability to balance office administration and fieldwork;
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to rural job sites.
