Job Description

The Manager, Research & Insights will be responsible for:

  • Further defining and developing our service offering for research & insights;
  • Leading and delivering high-quality research and insights projects;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams across Canada and globally;
  • Effectively positioning marketing research and insights opportunities to clients;
  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to their professional development;
  • Consulting with internal teams on research and insights to inform strategy development;

With your extensive experience in research and insights, you will help us grow our research business through thought leadership and business development efforts.

Requirements

We are seeking an individual with:

  • A university degree in research or equivalent;
  • At least 7 years of experience in research and insights, preferably within communications or marketing environments;
  • A growing reputation in research and insights and a history of client service mastery;
  • Demonstrated ability to handle diverse assignments and a broad portfolio of research work;
  • A strong network of contacts within research and insights.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage, and a generous retirement plan.
