About the Role

Crohn's and Colitis Canada is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating and publishing digital content that resonates with our key audiences in English and French.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and publish digital content that reflects the voice of the organization and adheres to brand guidelines across all social media platforms.
  • Employ creative tactics to tell critical and carefully crafted stories that engage our audiences.
  • Maintain the social media calendar to ensure seamless integration with other channels.
  • Identify and build relationships with brand advocates and relevant influencers to amplify brand reach.
  • Provide reporting on key metrics and insights to internal and external stakeholders to inform future strategies and campaign planning.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience with a focus on digital storytelling and social media engagement.
  • Post-secondary education, preferably in marketing/communications, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to streamline and standardize communications written by a variety of contributors.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to pull and interpret data and draw conclusions and insights.
  • Excellent organizational, project and time management skills, including handling multiple, concurrent and diverse tasks.
