Car Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Car Sales Manager to join our team at City Centre Auto Sales Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of sales staff, ensuring they are equipped to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer demand, and competitor activity, informing sales strategies and tactics.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the range of vehicles and services to be sold, ensuring a competitive offering that meets customer needs.
- Price and Credit Policies: Develop and implement pricing and credit policies that balance sales targets with customer affordability.
- Inventory Management: Source and procure vehicles for resale, ensuring a consistent and competitive inventory.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
- Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements, recruit and hire new staff, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient sales processes.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Work Setting: Automobile dealership.
- Work Conditions: Permanent position, 35 hours per week, with a focus on attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
