- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability.
- Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements, recruit and hire new staff, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Work Setting: Automobile dealership.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods, with regular breaks to maintain productivity and focus.
