About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Car Sales Associate to join our team at Best Deal Auto Sales Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Vehicle Preparation: Ensure all vehicles are properly prepared for sale, including cleaning, detailing, and merchandising.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Work with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and negotiate sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including vehicle condition, pricing, and availability.
  • Store Maintenance: Assist with maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and disposing of waste.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other sales team members to achieve sales goals and support each other in meeting customer needs.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
