Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bell Attendant to join our team at Homewood Suites by Hilton Mont-Tremblant Resort. As a Bell Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Assist Guests: Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with luggage, and provide directions to their rooms.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Ensure the lobby, reception areas, and surrounding spaces are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
  • Receive and Process Deliveries: Receive merchandise deliveries and ensure they are properly stored and processed.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to our team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move luggage and other items as needed.
