Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bell Attendant at Marriott Residence Inn Mont Tremblant Manoir Labelle. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Assist Guests: Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with luggage, and provide directions to their rooms.
  • Set Up Conference Rooms: Ensure conference rooms are prepared for meetings and events, including setting up audio-visual equipment and arranging seating.
  • Maintain Linen Closets and Room Attendant Carts: Keep linen closets and room attendant carts organized and fully stocked to ensure efficient service.
  • Receive Merchandise Deliveries: Receive and process merchandise deliveries, including checking inventory and storing items in designated areas.
