Job Summary:

The Research Specialist will play a key role in leading and supporting research projects, both internally and externally, across multiple divisions of the company. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and aims to implement evidence-based results to enhance communications, publications, and educational content. The successful candidate will manage project timelines and resources, ensuring that research objectives align with our strategic goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with research institutions to ensure the completion of projects and identify opportunities for research funding.
  • Develop and oversee the completion of research studies, including collecting and analyzing data.
  • Manage research databases, perform data entry, and ensure data integrity. Analyze qualitative and quantitative data using statistical software and research methodologies.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of existing literature to inform research projects and support product development, medical affairs, and commercial teams.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders, including academic and industry audiences.
  • Develop and implement research strategies that align with organizational goals and respond to emerging trends in the field.
  • Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at conferences to disseminate knowledge and contribute to the scientific community.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's and Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., biology, chemistry, social sciences).
  • 3+ years of related working experience; industry experience is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in statistical software and data analysis tools.

Compensation:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
