Ikonic Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of landscape construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance activities, including planting, pruning, and mowing.
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that projects meet their expectations.
  • Manage budgets and resources, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to promote our services and attract new clients.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in landscape construction or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and other technical documents.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures, with the ability to develop and implement effective safety plans.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
