Job Summary
We're seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive team environment, driving sales and profit growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales and profit goals
- Implement merchandise strategies and maintain a clean, consistent store environment
- Recruit, manage, and develop top talent who are sales, customer, and fashion-focused
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and District Manager to achieve company objectives
Requirements
- 1-2 years of leadership and/or supervisory experience in a customer experience-based environment
- Proven ability to lead teams to success through strong sales performance
- High School graduate or GED equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and committed to creating an amazing customer experience
- Availability to work weekends and evenings
What We Offer
- Competitive salary: $45,000 - $50,000
- Benefits package (full-time employees only)
