Concrete Finisher

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Yes Concrete Cutting and Coring Inc. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on our concrete projects.
Key Responsibilities- Check formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement materials to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Direct the placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade.
- Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
- Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and ensure it is properly set.
- Level the top surface of concrete according to grade and depth specification.
- Impart the desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
- Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures as required.
- Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and ensure they are properly protected.
- Waterproof, damp proof, and restore surfaces to their original condition.
- Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
As a Concrete Finisher, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to work outdoors and be exposed to dust, noise, and wet/damp conditions.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
