We are seeking a highly skilled Executive/Personal Assistant to join our executive team, providing administrative support to the CEO and other senior leaders. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a high level of adaptability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the CEO's schedule, arranging appointments and meetings with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring seamless execution and timely arrival.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for staff, clients, and external partners, facilitating communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and manage spreadsheets using Excel, analyzing data and generating reports as needed.
  • Evaluate time zones to optimize global meeting scheduling and ensure effective communication.
  • Manage large volumes of files, maintaining organization and accessibility.
  • Assist with personal errands, online shopping, and daily cleaning tasks to maintain a productive work environment.
  • Orient the CEO's workspace to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Be comfortable interacting with pets, as they may be present in the workplace.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana and Jira is essential for coordinating with remote teams.

Requirements:
  • Superior written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A valid driver's license or willingness to obtain one.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with project management tools like Asana and Jira.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary.
  • Effective problem-solving and task management skills.
  • Confidence in public speaking and handling sensitive communications.
