Personal Assistant to CEO

Fundmetric, Inc. is a leading provider of innovative solutions for institutions in the fundraising sector. We are seeking a highly skilled Executive/Personal Assistant to join our executive team, providing administrative support to the CEO and other senior leaders. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a high level of adaptability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the CEO's schedule, arranging appointments and meetings with meticulous attention to detail.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring seamless execution and timely arrival.
- Act as the primary point of contact for staff, clients, and external partners, facilitating communication and collaboration.
- Develop and manage spreadsheets using Excel, analyzing data and generating reports as needed.
- Evaluate time zones to optimize global meeting scheduling and ensure effective communication.
- Manage large volumes of files, maintaining organization and accessibility.
- Assist with personal errands, online shopping, and daily cleaning tasks to maintain a productive work environment.
- Orient the CEO's workspace to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Be comfortable interacting with pets, as they may be present in the workplace.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana and Jira is essential for coordinating with remote teams.
Requirements:
- Superior written and verbal English communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A valid driver's license or willingness to obtain one.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with project management tools like Asana and Jira.
- Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary.
- Effective problem-solving and task management skills.
- Confidence in public speaking and handling sensitive communications.
