Talent Advisory Manager

As a key member of our national Talent team, you will be responsible for providing Human Resources consultation and recommendations to Dentons staff members in the Edmonton office. You will work closely with the Canada Director, Talent Advisory to support and drive strategic projects and initiatives nationally.
Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing HR operations and processes for the Edmonton office staff
* Managing one direct report (Talent Coordinator)
* Administering and managing employee leave programs
* Supporting efforts to drive positive engagement
* Driving the annual performance management and compensation review process
* Monitoring workplace safety compliance

**Responsibilities:**
* Provide HR consultation and recommendations to Dentons staff members in the Edmonton office

**Qualifications:**
* University degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
* HR designation is an asset
* Must work effectively independently as well as contribute to a highly collaborative, virtual team environment
* Must have knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) and previous experience working with an HRIS
