About the Role:
Homestead Land Holdings Limited is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the delivery of high-rise construction projects across Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Lead design teams to develop and implement project designs that meet Homestead's standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with the VP of Construction to develop and implement project plans, and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering from a recognized University.
- 3+ years of experience in construction project management or design.
- Strong practical engineering experience, with a solid understanding of all construction trades and techniques.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment, with a commitment to collaboration and open communication.
