This position reports to the Director of Sales or Branch Manager and drives all aspects of the sales process to specific customers within assigned modules/vertical customer segments.

The Senior Account Manager is the primary contact for proactive sales efforts and responsible for overall customer relationships.

Key responsibilities include building strategies to drive revenues, identifying new solution opportunities, managing internal/external communication, escalating roadblocks/issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Closing new accounts and existing accounts is crucial, as well as maintaining accurate forecasts and participating in account team reviews.
