- Human Resources: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, and delegate the necessary authority to them.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Communication: Establish effective communication channels with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
- Education: A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or education.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior administrative role, preferably in the childcare industry.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The General Manager will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality childcare services to our clients. The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
