Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive litigation strategies to achieve optimal results for our clients
- Represent condominium corporations and owners in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination of efforts
- Maintain and enhance the firm's reputation as a leader in condo litigation and dispute resolution
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in private litigation practice, preferably in condo law
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with condo legislation and regulations in Ontario
