About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Designer and Sales Representative to join our team at Kitchen Tune-Up Calgary, AB. As a key member of our sales and design team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultations: Meet with clients in their homes to understand their renovation needs and preferences.
  • Lead Development: Utilize your professional network and industry knowledge to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Sales Planning: Convert client needs into strategic sales plans and proposals.
  • Design Creation: Use software like 20/20 Design to craft custom cabinet layouts and designs that meet client specifications.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals tailored to client needs and preferences.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate key details to clients and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Payment Processing: Ensure timely and accurate collection of client payments.
  • Project Coordination: Communicate key details to project managers and ensure all timelines are met.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in home/trade shows is advantageous.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Motivation and Work Ethic: Must be highly motivated, dependable, and possess a strong work ethic.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
