Automotive Parts Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
As an Automotive Parts Sales Specialist at Uni-Select Inc., you will be responsible for maintaining and increasing sales to existing customers, as well as expanding the existing customer base by identifying and soliciting potential new customers. You will also be responsible for taking orders from customers to renew their inventory, adding new items to their inventory, quoting on new equipment when needed, and managing customer returns when appropriate.

You will have the opportunity to conduct schedules and visits with established customers, take orders from customers to renew their inventory, expand the existing customer base, maintain a positive relationship with customers and store personnel, conduct yourself in a professional manner, utilize the computer system and internet to identify the correct parts for customers' needs, effectively communicate product features, benefits, and warranty information to customers, utilize the sales process to manage territory pipeline and opportunity, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure customers' parts orders are accurately filled and delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need automotive refinishing and automotive parts experience, experience in sales, experience delivering a high level of customer service, a proficient knowledge of automotive operating systems, an appetite for continuous learning and knowledge, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
