We are seeking a highly motivated Inventory Control Field Coordinator to join our team. This temporary, full-time, project-based position has the potential to become permanent and offers tremendous growth opportunities for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Electronically release product and maintain doors and loose hardware.
  • Accurately track inventory incoming and outgoing to and from site.
  • Direct skids of doors from production based on scheduling and need.
  • Inspect materials received for damage and missing parts.
  • Read construction schedules and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in the commercial construction industry.
  • Familiarity with Division 8, 10, and 28 is an asset.
  • Background in inventory management.
  • Valid driver's license without restrictions.
  • Forklift ticket.

Preferred Skills:

  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Strong time management skills to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Demonstrated accountability and dependability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Dynamics, BIM360, Bluebeam, NAV, or other construction software systems.
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
