      • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
      • Establish work schedules and procedures
      • Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Supervision:
  • 1 to 2 people

As an Inventory Control Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and inventory management processes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient inventory management
  2. Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other key metrics
  3. Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery used in inventory management
  4. Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
  5. Train workers in duties and policies related to inventory management
  6. Conduct performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting performance expectations
  7. Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure efficient use of resources
  8. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed
  9. Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient inventory management
  10. Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week
