Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing journal entries, and performing financial calculations. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and addressing customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including preparing journal entries, invoicing clients, and collecting payments.
  • Financial Calculations: Perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting, to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and prepare reports as required.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Quick Books, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Windows.
  • Transportation: Own vehicle and willing to travel.
