Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk to join our team at Reels Hose Fix. As an Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and other financial documents.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Transactions: Prepare and process financial transactions, including journal entries, invoices, and payments.
- Accounts Receivable: Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing clients, collecting payments, and resolving any discrepancies.
- Accounts Payable: Manage accounts payable, including processing invoices, making payments, and ensuring accurate and timely payment of bills.
- Financial Data Entry: Enter financial data into our accounting system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and provide financial reports to management, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: QuickBooks, spreadsheet, MS Excel, MS Word, internet, MS Windows, and strong organizational and communication skills.
