Job Title: Manager Corporate Communications

Enwin Utilities Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Corporate Communications to join our team. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive integrated strategic communications plan to support the company's business priorities and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy to enhance the company's reputation and brand awareness.
  • Manage and coordinate all internal and external communications activities, including social media, digital channels, and public relations.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for all marketing and advertising materials, including writing and distributing media releases.
  • Develop and execute impactful public relations strategies to promote the company's brand and reputation.
  • Represent the company through media interviews, events, and public speaking engagements.
  • Work closely with senior management to support internal and external communications activities.
  • Manage and motivate a team of communications professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or Marketing with a minimum of eight years of experience in progressively responsible and related positions.
  • Demonstrated experience in internal communications, strategic communications planning and execution, including social and digital media platforms.
  • Experience using social media management platforms and graphic design software.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in public relations and communications for a public-facing organization.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to exercise tact, diplomacy, and discretion.
