Position Overview

As the Salon Operations Manager at Hair Couture II, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily functions of our hairstyling establishment. Your leadership will ensure that our salon runs smoothly and efficiently, providing exceptional service to our clients.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a trades certificate or diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within the hairstyling industry or equivalent experience.
Financial Responsibilities

You will manage a budget ranging from $100,001 to $500,000, ensuring financial health and sustainability of the salon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and oversee daily salon operations.
  • Assess and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for staff.
  • Manage budgetary and inventory controls.
  • Oversee marketing and advertising contracts.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise salon staff.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
Team Management

You will supervise a team of 5-10 individuals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Work Environment

The role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, involving a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
