Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our plumbing crew, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the foreman in planning and coordinating daily activities
  • Recognize and address issues or problems among crew members
  • Maintain work standards and outline behavioral expectations to ensure crew morale and productivity
  • Ensure crew compliance with project policies and procedures
  • Translate general work requirements into a prioritized work plan for the crew
  • Anticipate problems or challenges and propose innovative solutions
  • Work with the crew to overcome work challenges
  • Periodically reassess daily goals to meet forecasted production
  • Track and report on key performance indicators

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the mechanical industry
  • Portfolio with 3 completed projects
  • Interprovincial (Red Seal) Plumbing & Gas B Certification
  • In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, quality management, and Occupational Health & Safety best practices
  • Comprehensive knowledge of British Columbia Plumbing Code (BCPC)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
